ChromoTek range of innovative Nanobodies for Immunoprecipitation

Nano-Traps are ideal for fast, reliable and efficient one-step immunoprecipitations. They pull down the proteins of interest (POI) and their interacting factors from cell extracts or organelles. Nano-Traps consist of a VHH, also termed a "nanobody", coupled to an immobilizing matrix (agarose beads1, magnetic agarose beads or multiwell plates).
Note 1: All Nano-Traps are available coupled to agarose beads and in multiwell plate formats. Selected Nano-Traps are also available coupled to magnetic agarose beads.

GFP-Trap® and RFP-Trap® are well established high quality tools for the fast, reliable and efficient one-step isolation of fluorescent fusion proteins and their interacting factors. (eg pulldown, immunoprecipitation, Co-IP, Western blot, mass spectrometry or ChIP).
The GFP-Trap® and RFP-Trap® feature:
  • A robust and versatile tool for biochemical analyses of GFP fusion proteins or RFP fusion proteins
  • Short incubation times (5-30 min)
  • Quantitative isolation of fusion proteins and transiently bound factors from various cell extracts and organelles (from all organisms)
  • No non-specific binding or contamination by heavy and light chains of conventional antibodies
  • Functionality for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
HOW TO FIND CHROMOTEK PRODUCTS:
By clicking on the next to "Price List" under the "Product/Applications Areas and Prices" links below, you will be taken to "Online Ordering" and a list of all ChromoTek products will be generated within the selected "Product/Application Area". From there the search can be further refined by selecting a "Product Group" and clicking on "Guided Search".
